When you write, please include

Your device and its system version, and a short description of the problem. A screenshot helps. Please do not send passwords or payment details. We never need them.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. If you have bought a course and cannot see it, use the Restore Purchases option in the app. Refunds are decided by Apple or Google, so please request them through your store account.
